Telephone hours

The clinic’s phone lines are open every day between 8.00 am and 2.00 pm.

If we do not answer the phone (either because we are busy or you are calling outside telephone hours), feel free to leave a message. We will call you back as soon as possible.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

If you are ill or have another reason why you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment – either by phone or e-mail.

For no-shows or late cancellations, you will be billed DKK 254 per 30 minutes.
